Lightweight and Practical

Manufactured entirely from non-combustible materials, OmegaRiser® achieves a Euroclass A1 reaction-to-fire classification. The integrated expanded steel walkway mesh offers 51% free area, enabling straightforward passage of MEP services and reducing the need for secondary builders' works. The mesh is lighter than traditional 38mm GRP grating, making it well suited to weight-sensitive applications.

Modular by Design

Installed prior to concrete placement, OmegaRiser® forms a permanent riser floor once cast into the slab. Unit dimensions can be configured to suit slab depth and riser geometry in line with project requirements.

The integrated Infinity Channel System allows support purlins to be repositioned anywhere within the riser footprint, enabling late-stage MEP coordination without drilling, welding or post installed fixings. Local service penetrations can be formed using controlled cold-cut methods, avoiding hot works.

Fire and Structural Performance

An optional Concrete Firewall Beam detail allows fire-rated partitions to be constructed directly from the riser opening, ensuring continuity of fire performance where required.

The system is designed for pedestrian access and normal construction traffic, with a safe working load of 1.5 kN/m² UDL. Load transfer is achieved through the integrated steel frame and relocatable purlins, distributing imposed loads into the surrounding slab in accordance with project-specific structural design.

Quality Assured

OmegaRiser® is manufactured under Factory Production Control (Certificate No: 2273-CPR-0283) with a typical tolerance of ±5mm, ensuring consistent quality and performance on site.
