AMBAR KELLY SHORTLISTED FOR THREE PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS
May 27 2025
As a company that takes pride in furthering innovation and improving safety in tall buildings, particularly high-risk buildings (HRBs), Ambar Kelly is delighted to announce it has been shortlisted for three of this year’s Tall Buildings Awards.
The awards, taking place at 30 Euston Square, London on Tuesday 17th June, will see the industry’s leading organisations and key decision makers congregating to shine a spotlight on the talented individuals and companies making a real difference in the tall buildings sector.
There are 11 hotly contested categories, ranging from Best Tall Building Contractor through to Sustainable Tall Building, Best Tall Building Client, and Best Tall Building MEP Services Project.
Acknowledging the company’s efforts on the One Exchange Square refurbishment project, Ambar Kelly has been shortlisted for the Best Mixed-Use or Commercial Tall Building Project, Tall Building Technology Innovation, and Best Tall Building Retrofit or Refurbished Project Awards.
The awards ceremony will take place following the 2025 Tall Buildings Conference. The yearly event brings together owners of tall buildings companies, policy makers, and key associations to discuss the challenges facing the industry and the important trends to focus on in the coming years. In fact, Angela Rayner, Deputy Prime Minister and Secretary of State for Housing, Communities, and Local Government, has been invited as the Keynote Speaker.
Nick Atkinson, Director at Ambar Kelly, revealed the company’s delight at being shortlisted for the three major awards. He said: “Safety in tall buildings, especially HRBs, has never been more important and the design and implementation of innovative, safe, and trusted materials and systems will play a vital role in reducing risk and improving safety.
“We take immense pride in the dedication and expertise shown during the One Exchange Square project and the great strides taken to improve the 3D modelling process. Enabling all elements that go together to create the riser shaft’s design and construction, the macro-enhanced modelling ensured seamless coordination – expediting the process by up to 50%, saving valuable time.
“We’re thoroughly excited for not only the awards ceremony but the preceding Tall Buildings Conference. We’d like to wish all those shortlisted the best of luck and look forward to seeing you all there.”
