Post Tension Concrete Frame without M&E Design

RiserSafe® supplied with blank floor plates to be changed out for new pre-cut floor plates and lids once the M&E design is done. 

Post tensioning is a technique for reinforcing concrete slabs which provides pre-stressing through tensioned steel cables or strands which adds structural strength to concrete frames.

This video animation demonstrates how the RiserSafe® system is cast in and the letter box opening in the side wall of the units to post tensions the concrete floors with blank floor plates to be exchanged for new floor plates with M&E service penetrations pre-cut and lids fixed at the factory for complete safety on site.
